Casambi Project Services encompass a range of offerings to support lighting professionals, electrical contractors, building managers and more, in leveraging our wireless lighting controls for your projects. With LightingOS at its foundation, our Open Ecosystem, Apps and absolute support, Casambi Project Services ensures that every installation is a great installation.

Project Planning is where your Casambi journey begins. In this first stage, we help you select the right bill of materials (BOM), build your fixture list, and align everything with your control intent. You’ll receive a tailored quote and submittal package—ensuring the design, functionality, and hardware are seamlessly matched from the start.

Once the project plan is finalized, we’ll schedule a pre-wire call and coordinate directly with the contractor to ensure they have the full submittal package. We then partner with certified service providers to handle on-site commissioning—ensuring your team is fully supported throughout. From system setup to scene testing, we help facilitate a smooth, efficient process with no need for rewiring or rework.

After commissioning, we provide tailored end-user training to ensure your team is confident and equipped to operate the system. This includes everything from how to log in and navigating the interface to managing scenes and schedules, customized to the unique configuration of your project.

At project completion, we deliver a full set of closeout documents—including as-builts, equipment specifications, trip reports, and RMA/RGA information—so everything is buttoned up and accounted for.

But our support doesn’t stop there. Whether you need YouTube video guides, remote support, or on-site visits upon request, our team remains available to ensure the system continues to perform.
