Congratulations! You’ve been specially selected to join us for two of the most exciting lighting events of the year.


Upon review and acceptance of your credentials, you’ll be among a select group of lighting designers invited to experience the Lighting Fair Autumn Edition and Outdoor & Tech Light Expo in Hong Kong with your trip fully sponsored by HKTDC. This invitation is extended to only a handful of carefully chosen industry leaders.

Your Exclusive Sponsorship Package

Here’s what you get:

  • Round-trip economy airfare covered (we’ll handle booking the best deal for you).
  • One sponsored hotel room for up to 3 nights (26–30 Oct), arranged by HKTDC during the fair period.

One room is included in your sponsorship; any extra rooms will be at your own cost.

What We Ask From You

To enjoy your full sponsorship, we kindly ask you to:

  • Join the VIP program including networking receptions, guided tours, and at least 6 business matching meetings per fair (12 in total).
  • Participate in a brief interview with our HKTDC representative.
  • Complete a quick buyer survey.

This program helps us connect you with the right people and maximize your event experience.

Important Travel & Hotel Info

  • Collect your Hotel Sponsorship Voucher at the VIP Lounge after completing your assigned activities — this voucher covers your hotel bill. Without it, you’ll need to settle your own room charges.
  • Any hotel booking changes? Please inform the hotel and HKTDC at least 14 working days before check-in to avoid penalties.
  • If your preferred hotel is fully booked, we’ll assign you another nearby hotel.
  • No-shows, late cancellations, airline penalties, or missed flights may result in charges to your credit card.
