    Casambi’s Knowledge Base is used for specific technical questions and has a list of articles to reference.


    The Casambi Solution is used to self-learn online training. This is several hours long of self-studies.
    You can also practice with the demo network if you are not currently on a site, with Casambi’s  “Demo Network”, its viewable on the Casambi app when you first open it if no nearby networks are in range. OR you can navigate to “Demo Network” by going to “Settings Select Network” and it should be visible near the top. Do not worry about damaging the DEMO network it does not control any actual devices.

  • To complete your financial onboarding and enable seamless transactions, we will need you to submit the following details please provide the following information:

    • W9
    • Contact for commission payments
    • Banking information (for ACH payments)
    • Company roster
    • 3 trade references

    New Customer Setup

    For setting up a new customer, Casambi will need the first three documents sent to the customer to establish us as a vendor. Additionally, we require the following returned to us:

    • Completed customer setup form
    • Their W9
    • Their state resale certificate including certificates for any states we may drop-ship
    • Their tax exempt form
    • 3 trade references

    To expedite the process, please provide these documents before the PO. The time to setup new customers depends on the credit check and responsiveness of the trade references.

    You can provide customers our Terms & Conditions, by downloading it here. They are also automatically sent with confirmations and invoices for your convenience.

    For troubleshooting, customers should contact customer technical services at 866-883-8065 or us.support@casambi.com. If support cannot resolve the issue, please use the link below to generate an RMA request and notify your RSM.

    We accept returns for damage or defect. Customers have 7 days from receipt of material to file a claim for missing items or concealed shipping damages. For damaged/defective items, we require the RMA request form to be filled out before sending material back. Once the RGA is approved, the customer should send the damaged items to us. Casambi does not cover return shipment costs. Upon receipt, the material is inspected and tested to determine the cause. If the damage is due to user error, no credit will be provided, and the material can be sent back to the customer with a customer-provided shipping label. If the damage is a manufacturing error, the unit(s) will be fixed or replaced and returned to the customer. If the customer needs replacement material immediately, Casambi requires a new PO for the replacement material. Once the defective material is returned and the cause of the defect is determined, the open invoice will either be credited or due with standard terms from the date of shipment.

    Non-Damage/Defect Returns

    Non-damage returns are exceptions, not the rule. Variables that contribute to approval include, but are not limited to:

    • Age of product
    • Stability of product (must be in original packaging and not installed)
    • Whether the item is a non-stock item or has a low turnover rate
    • Whether the item is obsolete

    If Casambi agrees to accept the return, there is a 25% restocking fee.

    If you are ready for commissioning, we require that the invoice be paid in full prior to performing services. However, the client can schedule as soon as the PO is in-house. The invoice must be paid by the requested date.
